Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe: Deliciously Crafted Salads, Pizzas, and Sandwiches in Kansas City

Picklemans in Waldo is a great late night snack in the area (& for lunch/dinner). The order said it would take 45 minutes and I got it sooner that that. My favorite pizza: 1/2 BBQ Chicken Pizza and 1/2 Chicken Giardiniera Pizza on cauliflower crust…amazing! I have also tried many of their salads and have never been dissatisfied. My favorite is the Walnut Cranberry Salad because it is super fresh and has large chunks of walnuts, cranberries, and blue cheese mixed in. Don’t forgot to order a pickle!

Good Pickleman's! Bread was warm and fresh. Veggie sandwich didn't feel disappointing to choose. I love meat sandwiches, but you know, health things. Shop keeper was fun and interactive. All good things!

It's my first time going here. I had excellent customer service. The food is absolutely delicious! I tried the BBQ chicken and I loved it. My boyfriend tried the meatball and was in love. A friend of mine tried the salads and loved them. They took the proper sanitation habits. I enjoyed the food and will be dining here again. If you are into something different, Picklemans offers pizza. The soups sound delicious. I thought that they would be a little busier because of the intersection that it's at.

Ordered the Cuban sandwich It’s a good attempt to a Cuban sandwich It satisfied the need to have one. Panini pressed at the end of some sorts would work mustard needs to be sharp. Parking is behind the building. Plenty of space Staff friendly and helpful on recommendations

We called in our order ahead of time. They were very helpful in expediting our order and having it ready shortly after we arrived. We were in a bit of a time crunch so we appreciated that. This store is very clean and well kept And the staff was very nice and helpful. My wife and I both had the Italian sandwich on wheat bread and I added jalapeños to mine. Both of us thought the bread was absolutely fantastic and the sandwich was very, very good. I think this is the closest location to our house in Lee’s Summit, so it’s quite a drive. But it was worth it. Pickleman’s was just great!! We will most definitely be back when we’re in the area to try other sandwiches!

Ordered during a snow storm and my food was delivered by their employee (no need to worry about some doordasher or Uber Eats driver letting your food get cold) very quickly, food was hot and tasted great.

The pizza is light and airy with a crisp to the crust. Close to the best pizza I've had. They added garlic bread to our order that we didn't ask for but it's ok because it was yum.

First time in. The owner was friendly as he helped us choose what to order. The bread was delicious. The flavor combinations were a little different than I was expecting but good. The malt vinegar chips are sweeter than regular salt and vinegar, so just be warned of that if you're expecting the regular salt and vinegar flavor. Again, different, but very good.
